Founded by Amy Leak, a U.S. military veteran, seasoned entrepreneur, licensed realtor, and Airbnb Superhost, our firm brings over a decade of experience delivering elevated residential transformations. Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has built a reputation among 30A’s elite for her strategic vision, meticulous attention to detail, and powerful local network.

We operate with a philosophy of precision planning and exceptional service. Our clients are savvy and results-driven—they understand that true value comes from craftsmanship, not shortcuts.

      We have been looking for a carpenter to build us custom closets and cabinetry as well as a shadowbox fence and have been so excited to come across everything for the home for these projects in our Freeport home. We moved into a new construction house and really wanted to customize it and they have a phenomenal master carpenter. We have completed all new custom closets and a fence and are continuing to have them install cabinets and custom storage solutions in our garage. The skill level is incredible we are so excited to be able to get these projects done with someone who does such incredible work
